Refund Policy
All purchases are billed annually.
Refund Eligibility
- Full refunds are available only if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before any service preparation has started.
- Once any order has been scheduled, prepared, or processed, refunds are no longer available.
- No refunds are provided after the first delivery has been completed.
- Missed deliveries caused by incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or incorrect date provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors (florists, bakeries, delivery services).
Rescheduling
- Date changes may be allowed depending on the subscription plan.
- Changes must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Last-minute cancellations
- Customer errors (wrong date, address, etc.)
- Refusal to accept delivery
